What’s SUPER SUPER important to know about All Natural Stevia Extract Powder is that it is very sweet! We’re talking SWEET. If you look at the serving size then you will see that it is 1/32 of a teaspoon. Yep! The stevia that you that are pretty much at any grocery store has all kinds of additives in it which is why it can be used similar to other sweeteners. However, natural stevia is very potent. When I put it in my coffee or in a drink like this mojito, I’m using a TINY amount. If you’re new to all natural stevia, I suggest only using a ridiculously small amount to start out with until you figure out what works best for you.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Bruise Mint Gently 🌿Lightly slap mint leaves between your palms just before adding to release essential oils and maximize flavor without crushing them into bitter pieces.
- Stevia Dissolution Secret 🥄Dissolve stevia powder in a small amount of warm rum or lime juice first to prevent grittiness and ensure even sweetness distribution throughout your drink.
- Ice Quality Matters ❄️Use large, dense ice cubes that melt slowly rather than crushed ice; this prevents over-dilution and keeps your mojito refreshingly cold longer.
- Fresh Lime Juice Only 🍋Always use freshly squeezed lime juice rather than bottled; the bright acidity and natural oils are essential for balancing stevia's subtle aftertaste.
- Temperature of Rum Matters 🥃Chill your white rum in the freezer for 15 minutes before serving to enhance smoothness and prevent the drink from warming up too quickly.
