  • 2  - chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon - salt
  • ½ teaspoon - black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - paprika
  • ½ teaspoon - dried basil
  • 4 tablespoon - butter
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 4 cloves - garlic
  • ½ pound - high-protein dry pasta
  • 32 ounce - chicken stock
  • 1 cup - heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cup - broccoli
  • 1 cup - Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup - mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon - cream cheese
  •   - More black pepper and Parmesan

  1. In a large pan over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter with olive oil.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and basil. Add to pan and cook until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in dry pasta to coat with garlic butter. Pour in chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
  5. Season with same chicken spices. Add heavy cream and stir.
  6. Simmer pasta for 8–10 minutes, then add broccoli and cook until tender.
  7. Return chicken to the pan. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese. Mix until creamy.
  8. Top with more pepper and Parmesan before serving.
