Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding more coconut milk as needed to reach desired consistency.

Optionally spread additional coconut yogurt around the inside of a glass for decoration, then pour the smoothie in and add toppings if desired. Enjoy!
