Instructions
1
Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment or wax paper, leaving some paper hanging over the sides.
2
Pour ⅓ cup of the milk into a shallow bowl and dip each Oreo cookie before arranging them on the bottom of the prepared pan to create a base for the dessert.
3
In a large bowl with a handheld electric mixer, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. In another bowl, whisk the whipping cream, remaining ½ cup of milk, and vanilla pudding mix to combine. Add to the cream cheese mixture and beat, starting on low and increasing to high speed until the mixture is thick and whipped. Gently fold in the sprinkles before spreading on top of the Oreo base in the pan.
4
Freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from the freezer for about 15 minutes before slicing to serve. Serve with whipped cream and an extra sprinkle of cookie crumbs and sprinkles, if desired. Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Crush Oreos Strategically 🍪Pulse Oreos in a food processor until you have a mix of fine crumbs and larger chunks—the texture variation creates a more interesting crust with better binding and visual appeal.
- Chill Cream Cheese First ❄️Keep your cream cheese in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before beating to prevent over-mixing, which ensures a smoother, less grainy cheesecake layer.
- Whip Cream to Stiff Peaks 🎂Whip your heavy cream until stiff peaks form before folding into the cheesecake mixture—this creates maximum airiness and prevents the pudding from deflating the mousse-like texture.
- Layer Strategically for Stability 📐Freeze the Oreo crust for 1 hour and the cheesecake layer separately before combining to prevent sinking and ensure clean, distinct layers that hold their shape.
- Add Sprinkles at the Right Time ✨Fold sprinkles into the cheesecake mixture gently just before freezing rather than sprinkling on top, so they distribute evenly and won't melt or slide off the frozen surface.
