  • 2 tablespoons - protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons - all natural creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tbsp - coconut sugar, or brown sugar
  •  cup - milk
  • 2 tablespoons - dark chocolate chips

  1. First, add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips to a mug or ramekin. Stir to combine.
  2. Microwave for 50 to 60 seconds. Remove from the microwave. If needed, microwave for an additional 10 seconds.
  3. Carefully remove the mug cake from the microwave with oven mitts. Immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
  4. Finally, serve!
