Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats
These Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats are living proof that you can beat the classics. These peanut butter rice krispie treats are an easy no bake dessert that’s perfect for chocolate peanut butter lovers. They’re a healthier, delicious twist on classic rice krispie squares that’s perfect for peanut butter lovers. They’re decadent enough for dessert, and wholesome enough for snacks. There’s no refined sugar, they’re dairy and gluten-free, and they come together in just one bowl in about 10 minutes!

- Step 1
Line an 8×8" square baking dish with parchment paper or foil and set aside.
- Step 2
Place the peanut butter in a medium bowl and microwave for 30 seconds until loosened enough to stir easily. Add the maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla and stir well to combine.
- Step 3
Add the brown rice cereal and stir until well coated with the peanut butter mixture.
- Step 4
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Step 5
Place the chocolate in a small bowl and microwave in 30 second increments, stirring after each one until it's completely melted. Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and spread in a thin, even layer. Top with flaky sea salt and chill for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight. Cut into bars, then serve and enjoy!
