This Thai Peanut Sauce recipe is ridiculously easy to make and tastes amazing on buddha bowls and whatever else you can think of! Please tell me that you’re as obsessed with peanut sauce as I am! PLEASE! This peanut sauce is easy, creamy, and so stinking delicious!!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup - peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons - soy sauce
  • 1 clove - garlic
  • ½ cup - milk or water
  • 1 tsp - maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp - lime juice
  • ½ inch - fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons - sriracha

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. You can also simply whisk everything together is you first finely mince the garlic and ginger.
  3. Enjoy!
