Ingredients

  • ¾ cup - salted butter
  • 1 ½ cups - granulated sugar
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp - peppermint extract
  • 6 tablespoons - cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup - all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup - peppermint bark
  • ½ cup - white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving the edges to hang over the side of the pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and peppermint extract. Whisk in the cocoa powder and flour. Finally, fold in the chopped peppermint bark and white chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set but still fudgy inside. Top with extra peppermint bark and white chocolate chips when still hot, if desired. Let brownies cool a bit before lifting them out of the pan using the overhanging parchment paper and slicing to serve. Enjoy!
