  • 5  - phyllo dough
  •   - nonstick cooking spray
  • 1  - brie cheese wheel
  • 1 ½ teaspoon - honey
  • 1 Tbsp - salted butter
  •   - honey
  •   - crackers
  •   - apple slices

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Working quickly, carefully lay one sheet of phyllo dough on the baking sheet. Spray lightly and evenly with nonstick cooking spray. Lay a second sheet directly over the top, and spray again with nonstick cooking spray. Repeat with the remaining sheets of phyllo.
  4. Place the Brie wheel in the center of the phyllo sheets. Drizzle with honey.
  5. Gather the edges of the phyllo sheets up and around the Brie, bringing them together in the center to create a sack". Gently twist the sheets together so they hold.
  6. Brush the phyllo with the melted butter.
  7. Bake the wrapped Brie on middle rack of oven until phyllo is flaky and golden brown, 25-35 minutes.
  8. Check to see that Brie is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
  9. Carefully transfer the Brie to a plate, and drizzle with additional honey if desired. Serve immediately with crackers or bread and apple slices if you like.
