Pita Pizzas are a super easy, healthy way to enjoy a hot slice of pizza. Everyone in the family is always down for Pita Pizza night! The best part about pizza if you ask me is all of the toppings! We always go with slices olives because everyone loves it, but some roasted broccoli or red peppers, onions or mushrooms are also great additions! Anything you want can go on top just like a regular pizza!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Toast Your Pita First 🔥Lightly toast the pita bread for 2-3 minutes before adding toppings to create a sturdy base that won't get soggy and will crisp up perfectly in the oven.
- Sauce Sparingly to Prevent Sogginess 🍅Use only 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce per pita and spread it evenly—too much sauce will saturate the bread and prevent it from crisping.
- Layer Cheese strategically 🧀Place mozzarella directly over the sauce before adding other toppings so it melts and creates a protective barrier that shields the pita from moisture.
- Dry Your Vegetable Toppings 🥒Pat olives, mushrooms, and other wet ingredients with a paper towel before adding them to remove excess moisture that causes sogginess.
- Bake at High Temperature for Crispy Results ⏱️Bake at 425°F for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and edges are golden—high heat ensures the pita crisps before it absorbs moisture from toppings.
