Ingredients
- 4 - russet potatoes
- ½ cup - pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 cup - mozzarella cheese
- pepperonis
- olives
- peppers
- mushrooms
- basil
- sausage
Instructions
- Baked potatoes at 400°F for 1 hour.
- Remove potatoes from the oven. Cut down the center and mash potatoes with a fork. Divide sauce, cheese and toppings evenly among the potatoes.
- Put potatoes back in the oven for 5 minutes until melted through.
