Ingredients

  • 4 - russet potatoes
  • ½ cup - pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 cup - mozzarella cheese
  • pepperonis
  • olives
  • peppers
  • mushrooms
  • basil
  • sausage

Instructions

  1. Baked potatoes at 400°F for 1 hour.
  2. Remove potatoes from the oven. Cut down the center and mash potatoes with a fork. Divide sauce, cheese and toppings evenly among the potatoes.
  3. Put potatoes back in the oven for 5 minutes until melted through.
