These easy protein brownies are fudge like, gooey and chocolaty! They are made with nutritious and wholesome ingredients. These brownies take only 10 minutes to prep and 20 minutes to bake. They are quick, easy, healthy and incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - creamy all natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup - milk of choice
  • ⅓ cup - pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp - vanilla extract
  • ½ cup - chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • ⅔ cup - chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an 8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add eggs, all natural peanut butter, milk, maple syrup and vanilla. Stir to combine.
  3. Then, add in chocolate protein powder and baking powder. Stir to combine.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Transfer batter to the lined square pan. Dot with extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Finally, remove from oven. Allow brownies to fully cool before slicing into.
