Tips & Tricks (5)

  • Cheese Placement Strategy 🧀
Wrap each biscuit piece with cheese before assembling on the tree to ensure even melting and distribution—place harder cheeses like cheddar on the outside for structural support and softer mozzarella inside for creaminess.
  • Butter-Garlic Infusion Technique 🧈
Melt butter with garlic powder over low heat for 2-3 minutes before brushing onto biscuits to activate the garlic flavor and prevent burning during baking.
  • Pretzel Stick Timing 🥨
Add pretzel sticks in the final 5 minutes of baking so they stay crispy and don't absorb moisture from the cheese, maintaining their signature crunch.
  • Cherry Tomato Preparation 🍅
Pat cherry tomatoes completely dry with paper towels and add them after baking to prevent sogginess—their residual heat will warm them perfectly without compromising texture.
  • Tree Shape Assembly Trick 🎄
Use parchment paper to pre-outline your tree shape with a pencil, then assemble biscuits directly on it for perfect symmetry and easier transfer to serving platters.
