Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed, until it reaches your desired consistency.

If desired, spread coconut cream around the inside of a glass and dust with cinnamon. Pour in smoothie and top with more coconut cream, cinnamon, and granola. Enjoy!
