You have to serve this Quilt Pizza at your next party. Or just try it for your next family dinner. It's a ton of fun to make and the best part is that everyone gets exactly the kind of pizza they want to eat! While I’m totally game for ordering a few pizzas and calling it a day, this Quilt Pizza is much more exciting, easy to make and a great way to get all your guests involved. It becomes an activity in and of itself. But, you don’t have to have a big party to enjoy this pizza. It easily scales down to accommodate smaller gatherings like slumber parties, get togethers or an intimate family dinner.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pre-Cook Moisture-Rich Ingredients 💧Lightly sauté mushrooms, bell peppers, and red onions before adding to pizza sections to remove excess moisture and prevent a soggy crust.
- Arrange Toppings by Cooking Time ⏱️Place heartier ingredients like broccoli and bacon in the center where heat concentrates most, and delicate items like fresh spinach and cherry tomatoes on outer edges to cook evenly.
- Dry Your Sun-Dried Tomatoes 🌞Pat sun-dried tomatoes with paper towels to remove excess oil before placing them on pizza to prevent greasy spots and ensure even browning.
- Create Sauce Barriers for Wet Ingredients 🧱Apply a thin layer of pizza sauce under pineapple and cherry tomatoes to create a moisture barrier that protects the dough from soaking through.
- Toast Cheese on Highest Rack Position 🧀Position your oven rack high enough so the mozzarella browns beautifully while the crust bakes through evenly without burning.
