Tasted so good! Super fun to make with friends and will definitely make again soon. I think next time I will only do 3 peppers instead of 4. But overall so yummy!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Char Your Tomatoes First 🍅Roast tomatoes cut-side down at 425°F until deeply caramelized (25-30 minutes) to concentrate natural sugars and develop complex umami flavors that transform the soup's depth.
- Separate Garlic Roasting Time ⏱️Roast whole garlic cloves for 35-40 minutes (longer than tomatoes) so they become completely soft and sweet, then squeeze the creamy paste directly into your soup for velvety richness.
- Finish with Fresh Basil 🌿Reserve half your basil to add raw in the final 30 seconds of cooking, preserving its bright, peppery notes that cut through the soup's richness and elevate the entire dish.
- Butter Your Grilled Cheese Generously 🧈Use room-temperature butter spread evenly on bread before cooking over medium (not high) heat for a golden-brown crust that won't burn while the cheese melts perfectly inside.
- Strain for Silky Texture 🥄Pass the blended soup through a fine-mesh sieve after blending to remove any remaining skin particles and achieve a restaurant-quality, completely smooth and luxurious consistency.
