Instructions
1

First, start by pouring salt onto a small plate that is slightly larger than the top of your glass.
2
|
Next, take a small piece of lime and rub the wet edge along half of the rim of your glass.
3
|
Then dip the top of the glass into the salt at a 45-degree angle and gently roll it from side to side to ensure the salt sticks.
4
|
Next, add ice cubes to your glass and set it aside.
5
|
Then in a separate cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine silver tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice, Italian soda, sparkling water, and light agave nectar.
6
|
Now, put on the lid and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
7
|
Finally, strain the liquid into your glass and garnish with a slice of lime or lime wedge.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Freeze Your Glassware 🧊Place margarita glasses in the freezer for at least 15 minutes before serving to keep drinks colder longer and prevent rapid dilution from melting ice.
- Salt Rim Technique 🧂Wet the rim with fresh lime juice first, then dip into salt at a 45-degree angle for even coating that adheres perfectly without clumping or over-salting.
- Fresh-Squeezed Lime Juice 🍋Always use freshly squeezed lime juice within 2 hours of squeezing for maximum acidity and flavor; bottled juice lacks the brightness essential to a premium margarita.
- Ice Quality Matters ❄️Use large, clear ice cubes instead of small ice to minimize dilution while shaking; they melt slower and keep your drink balanced longer.
- Agave Dissolution Hack 🍯Warm the agave nectar slightly or mix it with a small amount of warm water before adding to your shaker so it dissolves smoothly without clouding the drink.
