Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons - Butter
  • ½ cup - Onion
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic
  • 1 tbsp - Chicken Bouillon
  • 3 cups - Water
  • ½ tsp - Dried Parsley
  • 1 cup - Carrots
  • 1 - Chicken Breast
  • ¼ cup - All Purpose Flour
  • 4 cups - Half and Half
  • 1 cup - Spinach Leaves
  • 16 ounces - Gnocchi

Instructions

  1. Place the butter, onion, garlic, parsley, carrots, and chicken in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the chicken bouillon to the water and mix. Then, add the broth to the slow cooker.
  3. Set the slow cooker to high and cook for 4 hours.
  4. After 4 hours and the chicken is cooked fully, add the flour to the cream and mix, then pour the cream mixture into the soup.
  5. Add the gnocchi and continue to cook on high for 1 hour.
  6. Add the spinach and let cook for 15 more minutes.
