  • 1 ½ pounds - salmon fillet
  • 4 tablespoons - olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons - whole grain dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tbsp - fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - fresh orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons - chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ tsp - sea salt
  • 1 - shallot

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Place the salmon on a rimmed baking sheet and blot dry. Season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine the olive oil, whole grain dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, orange juice, dill and salt in a small bowl.
