- 1 ½ pounds - salmon fillet
- 4 tablespoons - olive oil
- 2 tablespoons - whole grain dijon mustard
- 2 cloves - garlic
- 1 tbsp - fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp - fresh orange juice
- 2 teaspoons - chopped fresh dill
- ¼ tsp - sea salt
- 1 - shallot
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Place the salmon on a rimmed baking sheet and blot dry. Season well with salt and pepper.
