Ingredients

  • 5 cups - Green cabbage
  • 5 cups - Red cabbage
  • 2 cups - Carrots
  • ¼ cup - Green onions
  • 2 teaspoons - Lemon juice
  • ½ cup - Apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup - Sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons - Salt
  • 1 tsp - Black pepper
  • 1 cup - Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup - Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp - Creole mustard
  • 3 tablespoons - Horseradish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine together the mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, mustard, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. Add cabbage, carrots and onion.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
