Strawberry Cheesecake Dip
This Strawberry Cheesecake Dip is sweet, a little tangy, and super fruity. It tastes like a big slice of no-bake strawberry cheesecake. This fruity cheesecake dip is not only delicious, but it’s also super easy to make. We love enjoying this dip with fresh strawberries for extra berry deliciousness. It’s also excellent with cookies or chocolate biscotti.

- Step 1
Blitz the freeze dried strawberries in a food processor until they resemble a fine powder. Optional: strain the powdered berries through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
- Step 2
Whip the cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and heavy whipping cream together with a stand mixer or electric beater until soft and fully combined.
- Step 3
Mix in the vanilla extract and powdered strawberries, then fold in the fresh strawberries.
- Step 4
Serve with extra, whole fresh strawberries or other fruit, biscotti, cookies, or your favorite dippers.
