Strawberry Margarita Cake
Strawberry Margarita Cake is fun, festive, fruity and boozy. It is the perfect cake for parties. It is a simple poke cake recipe that will wow your crowd. This Strawberry Margarita Cake is perfect for Cinco de Mayo, summer, or anytime you want some tropical goodness with a kick, that makes every bite a celebration. It starts with a box cake mix that makes it fast and so very easy.

Instructions
- Step 1
Bake cake according to package instructions. Allow to partially cool on a wire rack.
- Step 2
Poke holes with back of a wooden spoon or straw.
- Step 3
Pour 1/2 cup Jose Cuervo Drink Strawberry Lime Margarita over the holes in the cake, allowing it to soak up.
- Step 4
Mix together vanilla pudding mix with almond milk and ½ Jose Cuervo Strawberry Lime Margarita. Fold in whipped topping with strawberries and lime zest. Spread this on top of the cake.
- Step 5
Garnish with limes and strawberry slices.
- Step 6
Refrigerate for at least an hour prior to serving.
