
Stuffing Muffins
Stuffing muffins are my fun take on the classic holiday recipe! These individual savory muffins are packed with traditional stuffing, veggies, and bacon. These stuffing muffins are great to prep ahead! Alternatively, you could make these using bits of leftover dishes.

Ingredients
- 10 ounces - bacon
- ½ - onion
- 2 stalks - celery
- ¼ tsp - dried sage
- ¼ tsp - dried thyme
- ¼ tsp - dried rosemary
- ½ tsp - salt
- ¼ tsp - pepper
- 1 ½ cups - broth
- 10 ounces - stuffing breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet. Add onion and celery and let cook until soft, then stir in seasoning.
- Remove from heat and stir in stuffing. Add broth and stir until combined.
- Transfer to a greased muffin tin and bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy warm!
