Ingredients

  • 15 ¼ ounces - white cake mix
  • 3 - eggs
  • ½ cup - Vegetable Oil
  • 1 - large lemon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  2. Then add the juice and zest of 1 large lemon.
  3. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes and then spoon onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 11-13 minutes or until edges start to turn golden brown.
  6. Optional: sprinkle with a little sugar
