Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 - Onion
  • 2 cloves - Garlic
  • 1 cup - BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup - Apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup - Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons - Yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp - Chipotle chile powder

Instructions

  1. Over medium heat, melt the butter in a saucepan of medium size.
  2. After heating and melting the butter, cook the onion until it becomes translucent, which should take around 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic to the saucepan and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and lower the heat to medium-low.
  5. Stir occasionally and simmer until the glaze reaches your desired consistency.
