Ingredients

  • 1 - Chocolate cake mix
  • 2 - Eggs
  • ⅓ cup - Oil
  • ½ cup - Butter
  • 2 tablespoons - Cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons - Milk
  • 2 ½ cups - Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl combine cake mix, eggs, and oil until well combined – mixture will be thick.
  3. Scoop batter onto baking sheet and bake 7-8 minutes.
  4. Cool 5 minutes on sheet before moving to rack.
  5. In a saucepan over medium heat whisk butter, cocoa powder, and milk until butter is melted and smooth.
  6. Remove from heat and whisk in powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Spoon frosting on each cookie.
