Tofu Queso
This vegan tofu queso recipe comes together with silken tofu, taco seasoning, nutritional yeast, and lime juice. It's a creamy and cheesy high protein snack that doubles as a dip or sauce! This recipe is a vegan version of the viral cottage cheese queso dip. It's basically the same, but uses soft tofu in place of cottage cheese. The end result is just as tasty and silky smooth as the original, just made with plant based ingredients!
