Ingredients
- 3 - heirloom tomatoes
- 2 - peaches
- 8 ounces - burrata cheese
- ½ cup - cherry tomatoes
- ⅓ cup - freshly chopped basil
- 2 tablespoons - extra virgin olive oil
- balsamic glaze
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- If the heirloom tomatoes are extremely juicy, place them on a couple layers of paper towels and blot the tops dry gently.
- Arrange the sliced heirloom tomatoes and peaches on a large serving platter, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
- Gently pat the burrata dry with paper towels, then break into pieces. Place the burrata evenly over the top of the tomatoes and peaches, then top with cherry tomatoes and chopped basil.
- Finish the salad by drizzling the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the top, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
