Truffle Mac & Cheese (Bowtie Pasta)

Truffle Mac & Cheese (Bowtie Pasta)

This Truffle Mac & Cheese made with bowtie pasta is decadently creamy and packed with layers of cheesy flavor. Butter and garlic form the aromatic base, while heavy cream and truffle oil elevate the richness. A blend of Gouda, mozzarella, and cheddar melts into a silky sauce that perfectly clings to every fold of the pasta. Finished with a splash of pasta water for texture and a final stir to emulsify, this is indulgence at its finest.
