  • 3 tablespoon - butter
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • ½ cup - sun-dried tomatoes
  • ½ cup - fresh basil

  • ¾ cup - Parmesan cheese

  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried basil.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter. Add minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and spinach. Sauté for a few minutes until softened.
  5. Add heavy cream and chicken stock. Bring to a gentle simmer.
