These cake mix sugar cookies are the best way to have a homemade sweet for your family for Valentine’s Day. They are a quick and easy dessert and it only takes 3 ingredients. What could be easier? In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix with egg and oil.
- Step 2
Roll cookie dough into balls about 2 inches across.
- Step 3
Flatten each with the bottom of a glass. Add sprinkles as desired.
- Step 4
Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes or until centers are set.
