
Vintage Potato Chip Cookies
These Vintage Potato Chip Cookies are super easy to make and are the perfect combination of sweet and salty! If you’ve never heard of them you’re probably thinking, “Potato chip cookies? Weird.” But for those of you who have heard of them, I’m sure you know these cookies are fully of salty and sweet goodness.

Ingredients
- 1 lb - Butter
- 1 cup - Sugar
- 2 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 3 ½ cups - Flour
- 1 cup - Potato chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the vanilla, butter and sugar, using a stand mixer or hand mixer.
- While mixing, slowly add flour.
- After all of the flour has been mixed in, gently fold in the crushed potato chips.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of batter on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly browned on bottom.
