Ingredients

  • 12 ounce - cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 1 block - feta cheese
  •   - Olive oil
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - paprika
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - dried basil
  •  Pinch - chili flakes
  • ½ pound - pasta
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • 1 handful - fresh basil
  • ½ cup - reserved pasta water

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, add cherry tomatoes and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Place the feta block in the center of the dish. Drizzle with more olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, and chili flakes over everything.
  5. Toss gently to coat, making sure the tomatoes and feta are seasoned and oiled.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until tomatoes are burst and feta is lightly browned.
  7. While baking, cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
  8. Remove dish from oven and mash the tomatoes and feta together into a creamy sauce.
  9. Add reserved pasta water and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
  10. Add cooked pasta and chopped basil. Mix until fully combined.
  11. Top with additional Parmesan and serve hot.
