Whole30 Almond Butter (Homemade)
This Whole30 Almond Butter is smooth, creamy and hearty! This homemade version is WAY better than anything store bought. Spread it on your favorite fruit, use it in dips, or devour by the spoonful. Either way, this creamy almond butter is a winner!

- Step 1
First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread almonds into one even layer on a baking sheet.
- Step 2
Roast for 10 minutes or until almonds become fragrant.
- Step 3
Then, add almonds to a high speed food processor or Vitamix blender.
- Step 4
Blend on high for 10 to 15 minutes, or until almond butter consistency is achieved.
- Step 5
About every 1 minute or so, stop blending and use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the blender.
- Step 6
Finally, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month.
