Ingredients

  • 24 - crostini
  • 2 - Honeycrisp apples
  • 6 ounces - brie
  • ¼ cup - granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons - pecans
  • 2 teaspoons - thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Place the crostini in a single-layer on a sheet pan. Top each crostini with 2-3 apple slices followed by 1 slice of brie.
  2. Sprinkle each slice of brie with about 1/2 teaspoon of sugar – try your best not to sprinkle the sugar on the apples. Using a kitchen torch, brûlée the sugar until it's evenly caramelized and golden-brown.
  3. Sprinkle the crostini with the pecans and fresh thyme. Serve immediately and enjoy!
