Ingredients

  • 4 - boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • ¼ cup - low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons - honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray liberally with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Crush and finely mince the garlic.
  4. Combine the garlic, honey, and soy sauce in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
  5. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat in the honey-soy mixture. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Pour any remaining honey-soy mixture over the tops of the chicken thighs.
  7. Bake on middle rack of oven until the thickest part of the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 20 minutes.
  8. Check to see that chicken is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
  9. Allow the chicken thighs to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
