Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds - Italian sausage
  • 24 ounces - Marinara sauce
  • 15 ounces - Lasagna noodles
  • 15 ounces - Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup - Whole milk ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup - Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove - Garlic
  • ½ tsp - all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 tbsp - Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook for 5-7 minutes, until no longer pink.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Add the marinara sauce to the sausage in the skillet; bring to a boil.
  4. Break the noodles into bite sized pieces and add to skillet.
  5. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 16 – 18 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  6. While the pasta is cooking, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, minced garlic, House Seasoning and parsley; set aside.
  7. When pasta has finished cooking, stir in Alfredo sauce.
  8. Top with dallops of cheese mixture.
  9. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes, or until the cheese is heated through and has started to melt.
