Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds - Italian sausage
- 24 ounces - Marinara sauce
- 15 ounces - Lasagna noodles
- 15 ounces - Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup - Whole milk ricotta cheese
- ½ cup - Mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove - Garlic
- ½ tsp - all-purpose seasoning
- 1 tbsp - Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat; cook for 5-7 minutes, until no longer pink.
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Add the marinara sauce to the sausage in the skillet; bring to a boil.
- Break the noodles into bite sized pieces and add to skillet.
- Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 16 – 18 minutes or until noodles are tender.
- While the pasta is cooking, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, minced garlic, House Seasoning and parsley; set aside.
- When pasta has finished cooking, stir in Alfredo sauce.
- Top with dallops of cheese mixture.
- Cover and simmer for 3 minutes, or until the cheese is heated through and has started to melt.
