  • ¼ cup - whole grain mustard
  • ½ tsp - garlic powder
  • ¼ cup - honey
  • 2 teaspoons - extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4  - boneless skinless chicken breasts

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the mustard, honey, garlic powder, and olive oil in a medium mixing bowl or shallow baking dish. Stir until uniformly mixed.
  4. Place the chicken breasts one at a time in the honey-mustard mixture, turning to coat. Arrange the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake on middle rack of oven until the thickest part of the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 15 minutes.
  6. Check to see that chicken is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
  7. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
