Air Fryer Baked Camembert

Instructions

Place the flour and breadcrumbs in separate small bowls or deep plates. Crack the egg into a third small bowl and whisk.

Unwrap the Camembert and first coat it completely in flour. Then dip both sides of the Camembert in the egg and finally coat it in breadcrumbs until completely covered. Repeat this process for the second Camembert.

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Place the breaded Camembert cheeses in the air fryer basket and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes, until they are lightly golden brown on the outside and the cheese has puffed up slightly but not yet burst open.

Serve the baked Camembert directly with your choice of side dishes.
