  • 2  - Russet potatoes
  •  pinch - sea salt
  •   - nonstick spray

  1. First, wash and pat dry potatoes.
  2. Use fork to pierce holes all over potatoes. Place in air fryer.
  3. Spray potatoes generously with nonstick spray. Sprinkle sea salt all over the potatoes.
  4. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Carefully flip and air fry another 10 to 20 minutes. When potatoes are fork tender, they are done.
  5. Finally, remove from air fryer. Carefully slice in half. Top with butter, sour cream, bacon or fresh herbs if desired.
