
Air Fryer Biscuits
These Air Fryer Biscuits are a quick, homemade alternative to the store bought version. They are so easy but taste so good, they really elevate any dish, so make them for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is one of my all time favorite air fryer recipes.

Ingredients
- 3 cups - all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons - baking powder
- 1 tsp - salt
- 4 tablespoons - butter
- 1 cup - buttermilk
- 1 tbsp - butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add diced butter to flour mixture and with your hands. Massage the butter into the flour.
- Using a dough hook, knead the dough on medium speed slowly adding the buttermilk until dough ball forms.
- Lightly dust a flat surface with flour and flatten dough to 1 1/2 inch thick.
- Using a wide mouth mason jar, or another punch out the biscuits. Re-knead and flatten excess dough for more biscuits.
- Place biscuits in air fryer basket, brush tops with melted butter and cook at 370 for 5 minutes on each side.
