Air Fryer Broccoli
One of my go-to side dishes is roasted vegetables, but they take a while and that requires turning on the oven. I’ve recently discovered that I can make roasted vegetables in the air fryer in a fraction of the time and they’re just as caramelized and delicious. All you need is a bit of oil and a few minutes for perfectly crisp-tender Air Fryer Broccoli! It’s got addictively crispy edges, the bright flavor of lemon and it’s ready in about 10 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- ½ tsp - garlic powder
- a pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp - black pepper
- ½ - lemon
- 12 ounces - broccoli florets
Instructions
- Cut up the broccoli florets into uniform medium-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
- Toss the broccoli with the olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well coated.
- Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 370 degrees for 8 minutes or until crisp tender and slightly charred, pausing to toss the broccoli halfway through the cooking time. All air fryers vary, so begin checking for doneness after 6 minutes as the broccoli can burn quickly.
- Place the broccoli in a bowl and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top before serving. Enjoy!
