  • 1 bunch - carrots
  • 2 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon - dried thyme sub with your favorite herbs
  • 1 teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - salt
  • ¼ teaspoon - black pepper
  •   - Fresh thyme leaves or parsley

  1. Place the carrots in a medium bowl. Add the olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper and toss well to coat.
  2. Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If your carrots are larger, you may need to do this in 2 batches.
  3. Cook at 390 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until they reach the desired level of doneness, tossing every 4-5 minutes or so. Serve garnished with fresh thyme leaves or parsley if desired and enjoy!
