Ingredients
- ¾ cup - All-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons - Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp - Salt
- ¼ tsp - Pepper
- 1 cup - Water
- 1 head - Cauliflower
- Oil
- ½ cup - Buffalo-style hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons - butter
- 1 tsp - Honey
Instructions
- Preheat air-fryer to 400℉.
- Place flour in a large bowl and season well with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add the water and stir to form a batter to coat your cauliflower.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and then shake off the excess batter before placing the coated cauliflower floret into the air fryer. Repeat with all cauliflower florets.
- Add the oil to your air-fryer, however your model requires. Air fry the cauliflower for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Meanwhile, combine the buffalo sauce, butter and honey together in a saucepan and set over medium heat. Stir occasionally, warming just until the butter and honey are melted and incorporated into the sauce, about 4 minutes.
- Brush the buffalo sauce mixture over each cauliflower floret and then air-fry for an additional 5 minutes.
