Ingredients

  • 15 ½ ounces - chickpeas
  • ¼ tsp - chili powder
  • ¼ tsp - cumin
  • ¼ tsp - paprika
  • ¼ tsp - dried coriander
  • ¼ tsp - garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp - turmeric
  • ¼ tsp - salt
  • 2 teaspoons - olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400℉.
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with paper towels.
  3. Add chickpeas to a bowl and add olive oil; Toss to coat.
  4. In a separate bowl, add chili powder, cumin, paprika, dried coriander, garlic powder, turmeric and salt to a small bowl and stir to combine. Pour seasoning mixture over the chickpeas and toss to combine.
  5. Spray air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Place seasoned chickpeas in air fryer basket and arrange in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 15 minutes. Shake the basket every 5 minutes.
  8. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
