Tips & Tricks (5)
- Proof Dough at Room Temperature 🌡️Allow your yeast dough to rise in a warm, draft-free spot (75-80°F) for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size, ensuring light and fluffy rolls with optimal texture.
- Chill Rolls Before Air Frying ❄️Refrigerate assembled rolls for at least 30 minutes before air frying to prevent them from over-rising and help them maintain their spiral shape while cooking.
- Master the Cinnamon Sugar Ratio 🤎Use a 3:1 ratio of light brown sugar to ground cinnamon (about 1 cup sugar to ⅓ cup cinnamon) and brush the dough generously with melted butter first so the filling adheres perfectly.
- Achieve Golden Perfection at 350°F 🎯Air fry at exactly 350°F for 12-14 minutes, checking at the 10-minute mark—the air fryer's circulating heat browns them evenly without drying out the inside.
- Frost While Still Warm ✨Apply cream cheese frosting within 2-3 minutes of removing rolls from the air fryer while they're still warm, allowing it to melt into a luscious glaze that sets as they cool.
