Air Fryer Corn on the Cob
No grill and no pot of boiling water needed for this Air Fryer Corn on the Cob. In just 12 minutes, the corn turns tender and juicy with lightly browned spots that add a subtle roasted flavor. It's an incredibly simple way to prepare fresh corn for an easy side dish.

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 to 4 minutes. Rinse the corn and pat it thoroughly dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Drizzle with the oil and rub it evenly over each ear of corn.

Arrange the ears of corn side by side in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the kernels are tender and the corn is lightly golden in spots.
- Step 3
Carefully remove the corn from the air fryer. Brush with butter, if desired, sprinkle with coarse sea salt, and serve immediately. To store leftovers, let the corn cool completely, then transfer it to an airtight container or wrap it tightly in aluminum foil. Refrigerate for up to 3 to 4 days.
