Air Fryer Gnocchi
My Air Fryer Gnocchi recipe is perfect: golden edges, pillowy centers, and that irresistible crunch that made me wonder why I ever boiled them at all. When I need something comforting but quick, it is my go-to for busy nights, lazy weekends.

- Step 1
Preheat air-fryer to 390℉.
- Step 2
Place gnocchi in a large bowl and drizzle with oil, tossing to coat all of the dumplings completely. Add a bit more oil, if needed.
- Step 3
Sprinkle half of the garlic salt on the gnocchi, stir well and add the remaining half, ensuring all gnocchi are seasoned.
- Step 4
Add the gnocchi to the air-fryer basket and bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring at least once halfway through the cooking time.
