Air Fryer Potato Wedges
French fries are a classic, but sometimes you crave something a little more substantial. Enter air fryer potato wedges! These beauties are easy to make, require minimal oil, and deliver that crave-worthy combination of fluffy insides and crispy exteriors. Plus, the air fryer does all the work, making dinnertime a breeze!

Ingredients
Instructions
- Step 1
First, wash and pat dry the potatoes.
- Step 2
Cut the potatoes lengthwise. Then, slice them again into wedges.
- Step 3
For extra crispy wedges, boil the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes, or until fork tender. This removes the starch and allows the potatoes to remain fluffy inside while becoming crispy on the outside.
- Step 4
Drain and pat the potatoes dry. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Step 5
Arrange in a single layer (do not overlap) in your air fryer basket. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Then, flip over and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Add more time as needed.
- Step 6
Finally, remove the potato wedges from the air fryer. Serve!
