Tips & Tricks (5)
- Separate Biscuits Strategically 🍞Cut biscuits into quarters and arrange them in a single layer in your air fryer basket rather than stacking, ensuring even browning and crispy edges on all sides.
- Butter and Seasoning Layering 🧈Toss the biscuit pieces in melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning and all-purpose seasoning blend before assembling, distributing flavors throughout rather than just on top.
- Cheese Placement Timing ⏱️Add mozzarella cheese in the last 2-3 minutes of cooking to prevent burning while ensuring it melts perfectly and stays gooey without becoming rubbery.
- Pepperoni Oil Management 🔪Pat pepperoni slices dry with paper towels before adding to reduce excess oil that can make the bread soggy and cause uneven cooking in the air fryer.
- Temperature Sweet Spot 🌡️Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes—this temperature prevents the biscuits from browning too quickly on the outside while staying undercooked inside, achieving perfect pull-apart texture.
